工作职责：
1. Responsible for daily operation activities in Mimot, Print and SPI processes.
2. Drive and lead quality/yield/SPEED/Cost related improvement project or task in Mimot, Print and SPI processes.
3. Coordinate with other function team to drive and lead assembly cross process improvement projects.
4. Manage and dispose abnormal cases in Mimot, Print and SPI processes.
5. Responsible for Mimot, Print and SPI processes and equipment performance and problem solving to ensure production running smoothly.
6. Draft and standardize Mimot, Print and SPI processes specification and documentation.
7. Responsible for and operator process technician LV1 training & certification.
8. Relative process engineering sample follow up.
9. Work with equipment engineer to optimize spare part, maintenance tool management procedure and documentation.
10. Understand EHS management system and adhere to EHS policies.
11. Other task assigned by manager.

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in material or mechanical or electrical, etc. Engineering related.
2. At least 1-2 years SMT process or equipment engineering experience.
3. Experience in equipment automation area is a plus.
4. Familiar with Print and SMT process & equipment technology.
5. Familiar with DCB, solder paster properties and management.
6. Strong knowledge of FMEA, CP, SPC, problem solving, 8D etc. tools.
7. Basic communication both in Chinese and English.
8. Basic presentation skill.
