Role Definition As an Engineering Team Leader, you will lead on the engine components design and development, production and customer quality issue resolution, global facility issue and process alignment management. Understand whole engine structure and performance functions Engine components design, development and validation Production line quality issue resolution from engineering perspective Customer quality issue resolution from engineering perspective Quality issue root cause analysis and temporary & permanent solutions identified Global facility quality issue and process alignment management Collaborate with SDE/SQE to support on the supplier quality issue resolution Critical quality issue risk assessment and evaluation Host global review meeting on the quality issue resolution Team member development, coaching and training etc. Degree Requirement Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering
