1.Manages feeder assembly and feeder component sub assembly department.
2.Supervise and monitor production process against production plan.
3.Monitor solving process in order to ensure smooth production and meet productivity and quality targets.
4.Implement and monitor EHS policies in workshop in order to ensure compliance with company regulation.
5.Lean implementation and response for on line execution in order to ensure continue improvement of manufacturing management.
6.Implement the intelligence system (MES/WMS) into the production department.
7.Phase in new project together with NPI.
8.Optimize the production layout.
9.Accept and accomplish any hot tasks assigned by the production manager or other management team at any time.
能力要求：
1.Above 5 years working experience in on-site production process engineer.
2.Familiar with assembly process and lean production.
3.English could be use as working language.
4.Familiar with 2D/3D drawing software.
