工作职责:
1:Define process flow, draft process chart and WI for assembly line.
2:Transferring the engineering requiremets to production process guidance and control.
3:Develop, support and implement continuous improvement initiatives in safety,quality, productivity and 6S.
4:Daily on-site production process control, assist in trouble shooting if needed.
5:Review, develop and assist in training operators on WI and assembly skills.
6:Lean manufacturing introduction and implementation.
7:Hours accounting and analysis.
8:Support new product development.
9:Be responsible for fixture design; define the toolings, layout and parts location.
10:Other tasks that assigned by Department Manager.

任职资格:
1:Bachelor degree or above. (preferably in mechanical or electrical)
2:Above 2 years in the manufacturing industry(in function as PE or PE supervisor)
3: Good written and spoken english skills
4:Lean manufacturing background will be advantage.
5:Good communication skill and team work.
