Responsibility: 1. Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products especially coupling product, preferred working background in mining, power generation, cement, metals, etc. 2. Develop capable coupling channels to grow business in target markets. 3. Set clear strategy & tactics to achieve coupling sales penetration, growth and profitability. 4. Provide direction for Timken activities related to new channel development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, marketing communications, services development for customers and markets assigned. 5. Identify and document the market opportunities for domestic & imported couplings, with specific information on applications competition and price competitiveness. 6. Support authorized channels to promote our products & service and optimize the channel map for business development. 7. Accomplish special projects and activities as assigned.
Requirement: 1. Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products especially coupling product, preferred working background in heavy industry markets such as power generation, cement, metals, etc. 2. Must be bachelor degree or above. 3. At least 5 years relevant working experience. 4. Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken 5. Excellent interpersonal communication skill 6. Work well under pressure.
