职责描述: 61 Dispatch Coordination: o Manage full mobility lifecycle: collect business department requirements, coordinate vendor-supported visa applications, organize travel/accommodation logistics, and ensure compliance for outbound assignees (e.g., Malaysia, Brazil). o Provide ongoing support to assignees, including regular check-ins and issue resolution. o Maintain detailed records of dispatch documents (visas, contracts, payroll ledger and employee feedback) for audit/compliance.
61 Payroll & Tax Compliance: o Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance for outbound assignees, ensuring adherence to China and host country regulations. o Monitor updates to global visa policies/tax laws to guarantee timely, accurate submissions.
61 HR Operations Support: o Assist with HR transactions (onboarding/offboarding, benefits, compliance) and maintain HRIS data accuracy. o Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) to communicate mobility status changes. o Verify personnel data (NDAs, contracts, compensation) and prepare HR reports as needed.
任职要求: 61 Must-Haves: o 3+ years of HR operation experience. o Fluent written English; strong verbal English a plus. o Project management mindset, problem-solving skills, and results-driven approach. o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRIS systems. o Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
