Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, managing talent acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities: 61 Strategic HR & Planning: o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. o Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters. o Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the leadership team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. o Contribute to organizational design and development initiatives. 61 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent. o Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture. o Build and maintain a strong employer brand. 61 Employee Relations: o Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. o Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner. o Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. 61 Performance Management: o Oversee and administer performance appraisal systems, ensuring fairness and effectiveness. o Develop and implement performance improvement plans. o Provide coaching and training to managers on performance management techniques. 61 Compensation & Benefits: o Manage and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and health insurance. o Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices. o Ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits regulations. 61 Training & Development: o Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. o Promote a culture of continuous learning. 61 HR Policies & Compliance: o Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and best practices. o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., labor standards, non-discrimination, health & safety). o Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems. 61 HR Operations & Administration: o Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software. o Prepare HR reports and analytics for management. o Oversee HR-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred. 61 Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 61 Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager role. 61 In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. 61 Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in China. 61 Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 61 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 61 Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills & Experience: 61 Experience in a rapidly growing or changing organization. 61 Experience with HR software. 61 Overseas experience is a plus.
