Position : Seafreight Import Customer Service Dept: Xiamen Branch office Location: Xiamen Responsibility: 1. Handle the daily seafreight import business according to the company SOP 2. Be responsible for telephone communication and visits of nomination cargo customers 3. Be responsible for the recognition and tracking of nomination cargo 4. Timely understanding of customer needs, provide advice and solutions, striving for potential business 5. Reply inquiry of free hand cargo to provide sales support for the sales department 6. Timely handle all emergency incidents, including customer complaints, and provide effective customer feedback Requirement: 1. At least 3 years working experience in MNC freight forwarding industry as seafreight import customer service 2. Proficiency in the field of seafreight import, be familiar with the seafreight import SOP processes 3. Strong sense of customer service, good communication and customer relationship management skills, and adaptability to handle emergencies 4.
