Report Line: Sourcing director Qualifications Requirement 1. Good English in writing and speaking. 2. Knowledge and skill to operate on business software i.e. Microsoft office, ERP system. 3. Familiar with textile raw materials i.e. fabric, yarn, trim and other related accessories and packaging. 4. Minimum of 2-3 years purchasing experience. 5. Familiar with import and export procedures. 6. Good communication and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to identify the task(s) and prioritize the work according to urgency and importance. 8. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and can multi-task. 9. Open personality and strong work flexibility. 10. Candidates who are based in Xiamen 厦门or Zhangpu漳浦。 Responsibility 1. Work closely and effectively with relate teams to purchase materials according for samples and bulk shipment. 2. To validate material purchase requirements. 3. Following SOP to issue and maintain purchasing order correctly on requested system. 4. Be resolute in handling vendors to ensure requirement for excellent quality and timely delivery are assured. 5. Making sure to do the approval of RM bulk lot with QA team prior releasing the shipment and ensure production is offered with approve standard. 6. Offer complete contact info to Logistic team in advance to arrange shipping in time. 7. Fill out PRF(payment request form) to request RM payment on a timely basis for shipment release. 8. Other related work assigned by the manager.
