Jabra China is currently on a look out for AMS Sustainability Engineer to join Global Repair Solutions in Xiamen, China.
The primary responsibility for the position is to involve in new product development process & take care of products repairing setup. To achieve the target, you will need to response quickly and work efficiently. It also requires strong communication skill with different people and cultures, as well as having a spirit of teamwork, well cooperating with different functions.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:
· Reparability assessment for new products
· Cost effectiveness consciousness for repair setup with professional product knowledge
· Lead repair NPI project within team to ensure every new repairing is proceeded within schedule and with needed documents & equipment/tool rate
· Coordinate and setup appropriate equipment/tool for repairing of each product.
· Setup quality test criteria for repaired product the same as production or align with IPM and other relevant functions
· Visit T1 suppliers in different phase of new product is required, with significant domestic and international travel
· Support each new repair setup in repair centers and hand over to Quality & Engineering team & Repair team when the new repairing is ready for daily operation
· Be a strong team member with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders

A strong Jabra service person, we imagine the following sounds like you:
· Bachelor degree of electrical engineering
· Structured and result-oriented
· Self-driven with a very proactive mind-set (strong planning and prioritization ability)
· Innovative and creative approach to problem solving with an analytical mindset
· Familiar with EMS factory environment will be considered an advantage
· Skills of video test & PCBA test
· Well communication & coordination skill.
· Good at English both in writing and speaking
