岗位职责：
1.参与团队讨论IQ及AQ问题，提供技术解决方案。Join to discuss among team the IQ issue and AQ issue
for the technical solution technical information to other cross-function
2.为生产产品提供技术支持，解决产线问题，确保合格产品按时交付 Provide technical support and solve series
production issue, to support the order finished on time.
3.关注市场和售后反馈，组织讨论技术改进方向，为改进决策提供建议，跟进技术优化的实施
Focus on marketing and service feedback, organize technical discussion,
provide right suggestion for improvement decision, follow change process till
implementation.
4.提供技术解决方案，使产品满足新法规要求。Provide technical solution to meet the new regulation
requirement.
5.参加降本项目，按期达成降本目标。
Join in PCO to achieve cost down target
6.MCO及二次开发等技术支持
Technical support for MCO or second source items
7.设计成本优化 DTC
8.技术信息收集汇总，并分享应用于新产品开发
Technical information collecting, share concept and idea to new product
development
9.提供技术信息给其它部门。
Give technical information to other cross function
10.上级交办的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by the superior。

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械、车辆工程等相关专业；
2.三年以上机械结构相关工作经验尤佳；
3.良好的分析思考、计划及组织、团队合作能力；
4.机械知识面广（了解电气和液压基本知识，能读懂电气元件及液压元件功能、主要技术参数），了解一些机械传动机构及功能件（比如连杆机构、导轨机构、齿轮传动等机构、电机/电控/气缸/弹簧/连轴件等功能件）；
5.熟练掌握办公软件及三维软件（如UG/CAD等）；
6.良好的英文读写能力。
