Extensive training at our factories in China will be provided. Job Responsibilities - Develop human resource policies - Ensure organization’s compliance with labor laws - Liaison with Cambodian labor department - Recruitment of factory labor and administrative personnel - Compensation and benefits planning and execution - Human resources administration Work Experience Requirements - Two or more years Human Resource experience in the manufacturing industry - Knowledge of Cambodian labor regulations, including labor contracts, compensation and benefits, mandated social insurances, etc. - Experienced in recruitment for factory labor and administrative personnel - Knowledge of applying work permits for foreign personnel - Chinese proficiency as a second language
