In this role, your primary focus will be on Windows technologies as well as VMware and Citrix Platforms. This role helps define and implement Windows Server technologies and methodologies, which will have a heavy emphasis on automation and a hybrid cloud environment, while maintaining operational excellence in multiple world class Data Center environments.

Job Responsibilities:
Support acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration of Windows and Linux.
Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and identify Windows/Linux related problems.
Define, design and implement core system hardware and operating system solutions and maintain systems.
Maintain systems and update operational documentation to ensure that they are current.
Provide hardware and Red Hat Linux OS support, user support, account and permission management, and the performance management, security, and tuning of systems.
Regular and timely update of project status to the key stake holders
Support day-to-day operations and customer support.
Participate in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy including documenting of DR procedures and executing DR drills.

Job Requirements:
Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Computing.
Good knowledge on Operation system (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Good oral and written communication skills for both English and Chinese.
Good knowledge on Project management.
Good data analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Willingness to work on any scheduled shift work.
Willing to provide 24*7 Oncall support.
