1.Develop, debug, validate and maintain code that enables the massive parallel testing of advanced semiconductor devices in both simulation tool and production test platform; Design and optimized test program structure; Program release sign off; facilitate standard rules, process and procedure for program release. 2.Interacting closely with Product Engineering, define roadmap of test coverage and process requirements; analysis of failure and determination of coverage; standardize test coverage BKM and appliable technology and architecture; also engage with HW design engineer define Hardware selection (TOR) and qualify hardware, 3.expected to gain a firm understanding of the functionality of advanced memory devices as defined in product data sheets specifications. 4.analyzing device testing issues through test result, define yield improvement and test time reduction roadmap while maintaining test completeness; setup data monitoring and driving performance to plan. 5.interface with site engineering groups to accomplish more comprehensive production roles, including solving production escalation, provide solution of process lean, develop test manufacturability and flexibility etc. Additional Job Description Directs and coordinates engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices.
