5. Lead the team to conduct overall quality control for product-related designs/materials/processes in sample development stage;
5. 在样品开发阶段领导团队对产品相关的设计/材料/工艺进行全面的质量控制;
6. Performance verification, testing and process confirmation in the development process, design review and optimization with the design department;
6. 开发过程中的性能验证、测试和过程确认，与设计部门一起进行设计评审和优化;
7. Cooperate with new product DOE and monitor Trial Run to provide detection data and track reliability verification;
7. 配合新产品DOE和试运行提供检测数据和跟踪可靠性验证;
8. Monitor the going progress of client feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction;

9. Tracked product quality dynamically, traced quality problems, and organized the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;

11. Responsible for customer QPM review and Line Qual, and lead the customer audting onsite.

12. Participate in cost reduction, process improvement, system development and other work to ensure that the project meets the quality assurance requirements.

要求：
1.at least 7years working experience in quality management or at leas5 years of Automotive products quality management experience.;
1.7年以上质量管理工作经验或5年以上汽车产品质量管理经验;
2. 2 years working experience in dealing with customer quality, experienced in PCB/FPC/SMT/CCS fabricationquality management is prefered .
2.2年以上客户质量管理工作经验，有PCB/FPC/SMT/CCS制造质量管理经验者优先。
3.Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8D, MSA and ISO9001*IATF16949 and etc, especially AIAG standards, VDA 6.3 requirements. IATF 16949 auditor certificate is preferred.
3.熟悉质量工具，6西格玛，RoHS，IPC-6013/610, 8D, MSA和ISO9001*IATF16949等，特别是AIAG标准，VDA 6.3要求。持有IATF 16949审核员证书者优先。
4. Good ccommad of writing and reviewing 8D reports with 5-why and fishbone ,FTA methodology;
