Responsible for reducing operational costs through technological innovation, testing spare parts control, and enhancing internal testing and maintenance capabilities; 负责通过技术革新、测试备件控制和内部测试维修水平提升等降低运营成本; 8. Handle testing quality issues, collaborate with other departments to effectively control product quality, and continuously improve it; 负责测试质量问题,与其他部门合作,有效控制产品质量并不断改进; 9. Lead the team in introducing test automation systems; 领导团队导入测试自动化系统; 10. Confirm testing plans for new projects to ensure optimal efficiency and coverage. 确认新项目测试方案,确保效率及覆盖率最优化; 任职要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 本科及以上学历; 2.Over 5 years of experience in test engineering, with more than 2 years of management experience, and familiar with ISO9000 / QS standards; 在测试工程超过5年,2年以上管理工作经验 , 熟悉ISO9000 / QS; 3.Excellent teamwork spirit; 优秀的团队意识; 4. Good English listening, speaking, writing abilities, and proficient computer skills. 良好的英语听说写能力,良好的计算机技能. 5. Responsible for the daily management of various test engineering departments to meet customer needs; 负责每天的各种测试工程部的日常管理,满足客户的需求; 6. Develop departmental work plans and report to the department manager. 制定部门工作计划并向部门经理汇报。
