岗位名称: 人事主管 职责描述(包括但不限于): 61 Establish the human resources and administration policies and systems in compliance with local law and Lear Corporate regulations 61 Carry over HR daily issues : Recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee services and industrial relations. 61 Be responsible for payroll administration. 61 Train and develop HR staff. 61 Work out training demands & planning 61 Be responsible for budget / fcst 61 Handle administration affairs; build up and improve administration systems.
任职要求: 61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 61 Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player 61 Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin 61 Be familiar with local labor law and regulations 61 Be familiar with payment regulation / recruiting 61 Minimum 8 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in Human Resources and Administration Supervisor function. 61 Or high potential who has 10 years working experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Staffing etc.)
