Responsibility:
1. Act as professional to drive quality compliance to meet global quality requirements, including annual internal/external audits, 1st party audit activities.
2. Responsible to manage plant supplier quality activities to meet the company requirements, including supplier qualification and regular supplier annual audit, new product/projects development (qualification for part, drawing, technical requirement, PPAP etc), supplier quality issue resolution, supplier quality performance monitoring and supplier improvement.
3. Responsible to manage plant manufacture quality activities to meet the company requirement, including internal issue resolution with 8D, internal PPM, NCR close rate etc.
4. Responsible to manage North Aisa customer quality activities to meet the company requirement, including complaint track and resolution with 8D, external PPM, numbers, and closed rate, COPQ, CN and customer satisfaction monitoring etc.
5. Engaged in monthly QOS, internal communications to review, monitor KPI’s, actions if needed.
6. Support new/re-sourcing projects in according with company strategy.
7. Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree with mechatronic/electron major is preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality engineering in muti-national company.
2. Trained / certified IRCA auditor for ISO 9001.
3. Good capability of reading and understanding mechanical and electrical drawings.
4. Familiar with welding power source including accessories feeder, cooler, torch about related machining, stamping, forging, die-casting, sheet metal etc process for components, knowledge in mechanical / electron, transmission equipment is a plus.
5. Good knowledge of quality tools: QC 7 tools, 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, DOE etc.
6. Goo knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools, like SPC, process capability studies, Minitab etc.
7. Have experience in leading lean 6 sigma projects (Green Belt), certified green belt or black belt is a plus.
8. Good command of Microsoft office word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
9. Able to work under high pressure and mobility.
