Job Responsibilities ? Ensure enough and qualified manpower for the organization by prompts recruiting and right selecting in an effective way. ? Assist HR Manager on human resources daily issues, focus on the staffing and the employee relationship, to create and maintain a discipline and harmonistic environment within the organization. ? Reporting HR Monthly Data Accurate and timely statistic and analysis
Main Tasks ? Work with functional managers for manpower staffing needs to ensure a sufficient and qualified pool of talents. ? Provide timely updates & suggestions to internal partners to promise the employment conditions are following legal requirement ? Conduct exit interview and keep tracking on employee turnover rate, make appropriate analysis ? Work with department to deal with employee dispute issues. ? Work with department on termination talk, low performer improvement plan. ? Initiate Employee relationship improvement plan and follow up with line manager. ? Cooperate with the agent and make sure they deliver expected performance. ? Work with labour bureau of ZJG on labour injury, employee dispute. Issues. ? Supply accurate date to make sure the high HR report quality
