1. Participant workshop QRCI meeting, define line quality performance indicators with UAP manager and Quality manager；

3. Deal with line quality problems, especially customer complaint. Take containment actions, inform support functions, build corrective action plans（8D report, etc…）and follow the efficiency；
现场质量问题，特别是客户抱怨的处理，采取围堵措施，通知支持功能，建立改正行动计划(8D等)并跟踪其有效性；
3. Have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.
有权停止发运或生产以纠正质量问题
4. Lead QC team to maintain process quality performance;
管理QC团队，维持过程质量表现；
5. Summary process quality data and performance , complete the issue list and track the action plan;
过程质量数据及绩效汇总，及问题清单的完善及跟踪；
5. ALL of OK first parts/final inspection/control plan/standard work instruction file validation and review periodical；
首件/终检/控制计划/标准化作业指导等相关文件的审核和签字确认以及定期回顾；
6. Quality alert launch and action track；
质量警告的发出及措施跟踪；
7. Participant new project to control process quality；
参与新项目过程质量管理
8. Accomplish the other work by leader;
完成领导安排的其他工作；
9.Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

10.Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant;
配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施；
11.Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company;
确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等；
