PRIMARY PURPOSE: Leading process innovation, improvement, technician coaching and capability growth，带领进行工艺流程创新，技术指导和革新以及能力的成长 Heavily involved in NPI and continuously improve production processes. 重点关注NPI 新品和量产的工艺改善（装配为主） Develop and implement new processes or major changes to existing processes. Create and maintain documentation ,Troubleshoot and mass production support.开发和执行新的工艺变更，文件支持，现场问题解决。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. NPI support such as feasibility study，DFM,C/T quotation， tooling study and preparation 主要负责 装配新产品开发试产的支持：比如可行性评估，DFM,工时报价,工装分析和准备等 2. Support documentation for production such as PFC/WI/FMEA/…and on line issue handling support on connector and cable assembly parts 主要负责电缆组件产品的量产生产需要的PFC,WI PFMEA的文件准备，以及现场问题支持解决 3. Leading and support cable assembly line problem solving 主要负责电缆组件的现场量产工艺的支持 和问题解决 4. Train and support process technician for process improvement 支持技术员现场工艺改善的培训和及难题解决 5. maximize productivity and continuously improvement for manufacturing processes ***化提升和持续改善生产效率以及装配工艺和设备能力. 6. As a first decision maker for automation machine make/buy with DMF /economic thinking 自动化设备的投资分析和思考， 7. Support production teams in meeting efficiency, quality and delivery requirements 支持生产进行质量和效率以及交货的改善 8. Packing solution and label define according to customer drawings and requirement 根据客户以及图纸的要求，负责包装方式和标签的选择建议. 9. NPI quotation for Machining parts under help of Machining technician‘s help. 另外需要在机加工技术员协助下针对机加工的产品进行报价汇总. 10. Be member of QSA and EHS system internal and outside audit and continuously improvement参与质量体系和EHS 体系的内外审核和持续改善 11. Willing to take accountability and result driven. Good team work spirit. 主动积极负责的心态和意愿，团队合作的意识， 12. Other works assigned by supervisor其他主管安排的工作.
SCOPE: Work to improve and optimize assigned processes( major is assembly). Also expected the development of new processes and major changes to existing processes. Expected to independently specify & research significant capital expenditures. Responsible for yield and throughput on assigned processes.
EDUCATION: REQUIRED: 61 BS in an engineering related，理工科相关 PREFERRED: 61 NA
WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: 61 5 years engineering experience (assembly process engineer)，5年以上装配制造工艺工程师 PREFERRED: 61 10 years minimum experience in the similar processes（if know some knowledge of machining will be plus），10年以上制造工艺工程师，如果懂得部分机加工产品会更好，
SKILLS & ABILITIES: REQUIRED: 61 Basic English reading，writing and speaking，能进行英语的正常读写说 61 Familiar with PE basic knowledge such as PFC,WI,Spc，PFMEA 具备熟悉工艺的知识： 流程图，作业指导书，SPC,PFMEA 61 Clear thinking’ methodology and smart communication思路沟通，沟通顺畅. PREFERRED: 61 Familiarity with connector and cable assembly industrial is preferred 熟悉连接器和电缆组件行业的工艺会更好 61 Six Sigma Green Belt. Will be a plus，绿带6sigma 或者以上会更好 61 Know and practice some lead knowledge，具备lean 的一些知识.
