Work package Quality Management 3: customer claim management 61 Documentation, clustering and evaluation of customer claims 61 Kick-off of analysis process, result documentation in the systems, KPI documentation 61 Monitoring of claim KPI and ensuring timely feedback to customers 61 Issue follow up by following the aligned processes, questioning the provided materials (reports, analysis results, root cause explanations, data provision, etc.) and escalation to Mercedes-Benz where needed 61 Information and data collection at Farasis for demanded cases 61 Writing of management reports
61 Education o Bachelor in engineering or engineering economics, mechanical engineering automotive Engineering, technical orientated. Business Administration or comparable o Chinese and English language skills reading/writing on business level 61 Experience o With minimum 3 years work experience at OEMs, especially from Components Suppliers Control and SQA 61 Specific Knowledge o High motivation and flexibility combined with a high ability to work independently o Good organization skills and structured working function o Process understanding of analysis process and ability to develop own process descriptions o High resilience against time pressure, new working surrounding and barriers being found in a inter cultural and intercompany working surrounding o Strong skill and knowledge to coordinate between different teams. o Proficient knowledge in MS-Office especially in PPT and Excel o Intercultural competences, team player o Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels o Business fluency in English and Chinese o Knowledge in Battery technology / development is a plus
