1.Prospect and qualify new sales leads & companies2.Schedule in-person visits/meetings, video meetings, and presentations with leads & new contacts3.Create, plan, and deliver presentations on STAR services to leads & new contacts4.Track all sales activities in STAR’s CRM system and Outreach, and keep current by updating account information regularly5.Communicate customer and lead’s pain points to appropriate departments & contribute to finding suitable solutions6.Maintain a well-developed pipeline of leads, customers, opportunities & companies7.Efficiently and expertly manage lead funnel from prospecting to converting8.Efficiently and expertly manage your opportunity pipeline from RFQ to closing9.Develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads, customers, and colleagues10.Grow territory by revenue and number of new customers11.Collaborate with Sales Operations to properly utilize sales tools and processes to improve sales success12.Regularly meet with other team members and departments to discuss, plan and improve processes and sales success13.Outline, propose and present efficient and effective sales strategies14.Achieve KPIs as discussed and set with the Global Sales Manager/Director15.Collaborate with other team members regarding the development of new business and cross-territory customers16.Report & Reach out for support to the Global Sales Manager17.Keep up to date with the industry and participate in continuous learning/training任职要求:1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field2.Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role3.Proficient in MS Office4.Experience with CRM software5.Excellent oral and written communication skills6.Great collaborative and time-management skills7.Great reporting skills8.Sales-oriented and analytical9.Familiarity with our industry is a plus10.Resilient with a proven track record in sales
