职位描述 Procurement Officer: Reporting to the General Manager Position Responsibilities: 1. Be an important member of the international Procurement Management and Local Team. 2. Category Management, including category competitiveness and risks management. 3. Lead Sourcing Projects and present the process and result. Teaming the local R&D with the international engineers for new products quotation and development. 4. Maintain procurement work flows in ISO/ERP systems, secure the Sourcing and PPAP procedures. 5. Assure Targets and KPIs at a good level, ensure Quality, Delivery, Cost and Flexibility. 6. Supplier Daily Management, monitor the Delivery Precise and Inventory level. 任职要求 Skills: 1- High Integrity and Professional Ethics. 2- Speak English fluently, good at reading and writing English. 3- Category Management. 4- Market research, Cost & Data analysis. 5- Project Management. 6- Supplier Negotiation. 7- Interpersonal communication. 8- ISO9001&14001, Quality Management & Lean manufacturing. 9- Be familiar with the office furniture components and production, including Plastic Injection, Die-cast, Metal Works, Fasteners, Fabrics, Wooden, Foam, Tooling, Upholstery, Assembly and so on. 10- Good team player, open mind, and fast learning. 7. Be responsible for Quality-Delivery-Cost-Service continuous improvements. 8. Leading cost saving projects and negotiations. 9. Suppliers Management, improve the performance and cooperation level with suppliers. 10. Coordinate relative departments and key stakeholders in a good way. Support supply chain, technical, production and quality with effective problem-solving. 11. Improve the local and global supply chain Resilience. 12. Contract preparation, negotiation, and Contract Management.
