Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement global sales strategy, focusing on developing emerging markets such as Africa, Latin America, Australia, Southeast Asia, Middle East and so on. Establish and maintain relationships with local distributors, agents and key customers, and promote channel cooperation and order landing. Analyse market trends and competitor dynamics, formulate targeted sales plans and achieve regional sales targets. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimise product lines and provide solutions that meet local needs. Regularly report sales data, market feedback and potential risks to support the company's strategic decisions. Requirements: Nationality: Chinese nationality, fluent in English (business negotiation level), Spanish/Portuguese proficiency is preferred. Experience: More than 5 years of international sales experience, with successful cases in at least 2 regions such as Africa, Latin America, Middle East, etc. (background in small home appliances and consumer electronics industry is a plus). Competence: Familiar with cross-border trade process (contract negotiation, logistics, settlement, etc.). Strong cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to frequent international travel. Market insight and resource integration ability, good at developing new markets from 0 to 1.
