Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Packaging Engineer /coordinator/designer to drive packaging structural simplicity while ensuring product protection, packaging method & fulfill 3rd party customer requirement & create product rendering. The successful candidate will oversee packing processes, engage with new packaging designs, and improve existing ones to appeal to consumers in terms of packaging structure design, quality, and cost. This role requires a hands-on approach to project-based work and establishing key material suppliers' relationships with a focus on material and process sustainability. This role involves collaboration with various teams and the implementation of packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities 61 Packaging Management: Develop and verify packaging solutions that meet product specifications and 3rd party customer requirements in US/EU, such as pallet / club ready packaging calculation/verifications, Etc. Review different types of packaging commonly, design and develop packaging solutions that are safe and cost-effective. 61 Project Coordination: Manage packaging projects, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with design, marketing, and production teams. 61 Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and resolve any packaging issues 61 Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance current packaging processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs 61 Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of packaging specifications. Profile 61 3years of experience in packaging or a related field is preferred 61 Strong understanding of packaging materials and processes 61 Excellent project management and organizational skills 61 Proficient in packaging design software and Microsoft Office Suite 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 61 Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 61 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Requirements: 61Packaging, design Technology or related field. 61 Packaging structure design capability via design software programs in 2D & 3D environment.
