* EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION／教育、学历资格证书
Bachelor or above, major field in Mechanical Design / Manufacturing
大学本科或以上学历，主修机械设计或制造专业

* EXPERIENCE／经验
Min. 3 years working experience for mechanical design with ProE or Solid Works software
三年以上使用ProE或Solidworks软件进行机械设计的经验
Experience of electronic component design
具备电子元器件设计开发经验

Preferred / 以下条件可优先考虑
Min. 1 years working experience with ANYSIS software for mechanical and thermal simulation
一年以上使用ANASIS软件进行机械仿真和热仿真的经验
Experience of power electronics film capacitor product development and application is preferable
具备薄膜电力电容的设计开发经验和应用者优先考虑

* SKILLS／技能
Basic oral English skills, able to convey ideas and conduct technical discussion with others
具备英语口语交流能力，能用英语进行的技术交流
Basic PC skill to work with for Excel, Word and Power Point
具备基本的Excel, Word和Power Point的相关知识

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限
1、In charge of power capacitor mechanical design solution to fulfill customer specification. Which include: Prepare drawings for product and materials. Develop and adapt materials for new applications regarding heat, mechanical requirements and electrical stresses
负责电力电容器的机械设计方案以满足客户规范。其中包括：绘制产品和零部件的相关设计图纸。针对新产品应用，根据客户的要求根据热应力，电气应力的分析研发和选取合适的材料以及结构设计
2、Develop/ Implementation new materials /parts and alternative supplier release to improve yield, reduce scraps and cost
负责新材料或新供应商的认证和导入，以达到改进生产的良品率，降低报废率和成本的目的
3、Analyze competitors’ products features /properties, search and keep records about basic materials, failure analysis techniques and procedures
根据竞争对手的产品设计性能和特点，针对基本材料，失效模式和过程等方面的研究编写分析报告
4、Finalize project targets, set priorities, fix milestones and keep time schedules
设立项目目标并设立优先级，确定里程碑并保证工作进度
5、Support PD team new product development and quality improvement
协助团队成员完成新产品和现有产品的质量提高
6、Support / cooperate with different departments to develop qualified products that meet field application and series production requirements
与不同的部门一起合作开发优质产品，使其能满足客户应用及批量生产的要求
7、Improve product development and qualification procedure to comply with company quality system
改善产品开发及认证流程，使其更好地符合公司的质量体系要求
8、Support to improve project design-in process to shorten development cycle time and sample lead-time
改善产品设计过程，以缩短研发周期及样品交货时间
9、Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations
严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度
