General Description 1. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree with engineering background. Minimum of five years progressively responsible purchasing (purchasing related) experience in a manufacturing environment with Engineering interface. 2, Intermediate knowledge level of purchasing principles, computer techniques, and manufacturing processes. Supply Chain methodology and project/program management experience. Understanding of Plastic Engineering process and terminology, Mold Tooling, Electronics and Sheet Metal Fabrication. Know basic regulation or information about Chinese customs. 3, Well developed understanding of business principles with effective communicative skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Project.
