一、职位概述 / Job Overview 影像系统工程师负责设计、开发和优化用于汽车高级驾驶辅助系统的影像处理技术和解决方案,以提高车辆的安全性和驾驶体验。同时,工程师需深入分析客户需求,确保系统设计与开发满足客户期望,并通过有效的反馈机制持续改进产品性能。 The ADAS Imaging System Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing imaging processing technologies and solutions for automotive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), enhancing vehicle safety and driving experience. Additionally, the engineer will analyze customer requirements to ensure system design and development meet customer expectations, and implement effective feedback mechanisms for continuous product improvement.
二、主要职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 需求分析与反馈 / Requirements Analysis and Feedback 与客户及内部团队紧密合作,深入分析客户需求,明确影像系统的功能、性能及交付标准。 Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to analyze customer requirements, defining imaging system functionality, performance, and delivery standards. 将客户需求转化为技术规格和开发任务,确保系统设计符合客户期望。 Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and development tasks, ensuring system design aligns with customer expectations. 建立客户反馈机制,定期收集客户使用体验和问题反馈,推动产品持续优化。 Establish a customer feedback mechanism to regularly collect user experiences and issue feedback, driving continuous product improvement. 示例 / Example: 根据客户反馈优化图像处理算法,提升夜间驾驶场景下的目标检测准确性。 Optimize image processing algorithms based on customer feedback to improve target detection accuracy in nighttime driving scenarios. 2. 系统设计与开发 / System Design and Development 参与 ADAS 影像系统的架构设计,制定技术方案和规格。 Participate in the architecture design of ADAS imaging systems, developing technical solutions and specifications. 开发和实现影像采集、处理和分析的算法和软件。 Develop and implement algorithms and software for image acquisition, processing, and analysis. 3. 图像传感器集成 / Image Sensor Integration 选择和评估适合 ADAS 应用的图像传感器,并进行集成和调试。 Select and evaluate image sensors suitable for ADAS applications, and perform integration and debugging. 优化传感器的参数设置,以获取高质量的图像数据。 Optimize sensor parameter settings to obtain high-quality image data. 4. 图像处理与优化 / Image Processing and Optimization 运用图像处理技术,如滤波、增强、去噪等,提高图像质量。 Apply image processing techniques such as filtering, enhancement, and denoising to improve image quality. 优化算法的计算效率和内存占用,以满足实时性要求。 Optimize algorithm computational efficiency and memory usage to meet real-time requirements. 5. 功能测试与验证 / Functional Testing and Validation 制定测试计划,对 ADAS 影像系统进行功能、性能和可靠性测试。 Develop test plans to conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing of ADAS imaging systems. 分析测试结果,定位并解决出现的问题。 Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement solutions. 6. 与其他系统集成 / Integration with Other Systems 与 ADAS 中的其他传感器(如雷达、激光雷达)和控制单元进行集成和协同工作。 Integrate and collaborate with other sensors (e.g., radar, LiDAR) and control units in ADAS. 确保影像系统与整车电子架构的兼容性和稳定性。 Ensure compatibility and stability of imaging systems with the vehicle's electronic architecture. 7. 技术研究与创新 / Technical Research and Innovation 跟踪行业***发展趋势,探索新的影像处理技术和应用。 Stay updated on the latest industry trends and explore new imaging processing technologies and applications. 提出创新性的解决方案,提升 ADAS 影像系统的性能和竞争力。 Propose innovative solutions to enhance the performance and competitiveness of ADAS imaging systems.
三、任职要求 / Qualifications 1. 教育背景 / Education: 本科及以上学历,电子工程、计算机科学、图像处理等相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Image Processing, or related fields. 2. 工作经验 / Work Experience: 具有2年以上影像系统开发经验,熟悉 ADAS 领域优先。 2+ years of experience in imaging system development, with preference for ADAS experience. 3. 专业技能 / Technical Skills: 熟练掌握图像处理算法和编程语言,如 C/C++、Python 等。 Proficient in image processing algorithms and programming languages such as C/C++ and Python. 熟悉深度学习框架,如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等。 Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. 了解汽车电子行业标准和规范。 Knowledge of automotive electronics industry standards and regulations. 4. 软技能 / Soft Skills: 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。 Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit. 较强的英语读写能力,能够阅读和理解相关技术文献。 Strong English reading and writing skills, able to understand technical literature. 具备客户需求分析及反馈能力,能够与客户有效沟通并推动问题解决。 Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide feedback, effectively communicating with customers and driving issue resolution.
