Overall purpose：
According to the company's IT plan, establish and maintain the IT system environment to meet the constantly growing business demands.

Position Responsibilities
1 Deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
2 Administer Microsoft server products (Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, etc.) to ensure efficient operation and security of production environments.
3 Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtualization platforms to guarantee high availability and rational resource utilization.
4 Configure, monitor, and maintain physical server hardware to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
5 Evaluate new software/hardware requirements and manage IT resources in alignment with company policies.
6 Develop and maintain data backup strategies to ensure secure data recovery in the event of human error or disasters.
7 Manage Microsoft O365, including user account management, permission configuration, license provisioning, and daily user support.
8 Administer on-premises IT permissions for user systems.

Requirement:
Major & Education： Bachelor degree or above.
Job Experience：3 years’ experience with IT architecture.
Computer Skill: experience in design, implementation and maintenance of complex IT architecture.
Qualification Certificate Requirements: preferred MCSE
Professional Skill：Good knowledge of infrastructure hardware and software; Good knowledge of Microsoft products family;
Other Requirements：Good communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate the team work.
