General Description:
Plan, direct and coordinate the operations. Be responsible for ensuring and improving the safety, performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
1. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production. Ensure the safety production. Manage and deliver the production plan. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage autonomous maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary
2. Define, Implement and follow-up the maintenance plans; continuously optimizing the need of spare parts; Optimize the production equipments according to the quality procedure.
3.Promote the LEAN production methodology.
- Ensure safety production, and the compliance of all related instructions. * Manage to achieve production objectives, such as output, scrap, etc.
Define, implement and follow-up the maintenance plans, including corrective and preventive maintenance, for all the production equipments .
-Define and continuously optimizing the need of spare parts to run production smoothly and with the best cost effectiveness.
-Deploy TPM with the support of consultant and following our World Class approach.
-Optimize the production equipments according to the quality procedure in order to guarantee the best service with the best cost effectiveness.
Work closely with the Site Mgt. team to develop a lean culture, so everyone is involved in the SES effort. *Develop the main SES actions & programs, and manage locally the implementation of SES program.
The safety policies and requirement for the managers to comply with
Experience:
Min. 10 years relevant experience. Familiar with production mgt. info systems, maintenance of automated equipment and plant infrastructure utilities. Autonomous management of projects.
Specific Knowledge: Fluent English, computer skills, supervisory skills, process and safety knowledge. Lean method understanding is a must.
Business Understanding: Good understanding of lean manufacturing in the international environment. With good commercial sense and business result-driving.
Academic background:
Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
