Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: 1. Serve as the Technical Lead for Assigned Projects: 61 Represent the Engineering department and lead technical aspects of designated projects. 2. Communication and Customer Collaboration: 61 During the pilot production and mass production stages of new products, act as the primary engineering lead and technical liaison. 61 Maintain effective communication with customer design, engineering, testing, and quality departments to understand their intentions and requirements. 3. Project Execution and Customer Feedback: 61 Deeply involve in engineering activities, oversee teamwork to ensure project deliverables are met, and provide timely customer feedback. 61 Organize meetings to report progress, identify issues, analyze problems, propose solutions, and follow up until issues are resolved. 4. Internal Coordination and Resource Allocation: 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 61 Collaborate closely with business, project management, quality, materials, and production teams to ensure project deliverables in terms of yield, efficiency, cost, and delivery time. 6. End-to-End Engineering Technical Leadership: 61 Link and lead all stages of engineering technology, including incoming materials, structural mold and production, PCBA, semi-finished and finished product production and testing. 61 Ensure in-depth analysis and timely follow-up of issues until they are closed. 7. Material and Process Evaluation: 61 Organize and manage the experimental validation (DOE) of new materials and processes. 8. Continuous Improvement and Lesson Learned: 61 Summarize best practices and lessons learned from assigned projects in a timely manner. 61 Propose improvement directions for the next stage based on these insights.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required): 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in the field of consumer electronics. 2. Possessing an international perspective and having worked in engineering and technology departments of medium to large-sized enterprises or international companies. 3. Fluent in English, with a proficiency level that allows for in-depth technical communication both in writing and speaking. 4. Having a moderate or above level of understanding and practical experience in Lean Production and Six Sigma. Possession of relevant qualifications will be an advantage. 5. Having a thorough understanding and in-depth insights into the structure, processes, and various upstream and downstream aspects of consumer electronics products. 6. Experience in or close cooperation with the design and development team will be preferred.
