Formulate and improve the company's performance appraisal management system according to the corporate talent development strategy, and issue relevant notices. 1 Draft, revise, maintain and implement the company's performance appraisal and development management system, reward and punishment management system, supervise and analyze all aspects of performance appraisal, and promote the effective operation of the company's performance appraisal system 2 Responsible for the establishment of the performance appraisal system of all departments, and explain the performance appraisal regulations, procedures and other related contents to the management of all departments 3 Collect performance information for all kinds of positions, assist and guide all departments to extract and formulate performance assessment indicators, and provide basis for the construction of assessment indicator system 4 Design performance appraisal and employee development policies according to the company's organizational structure, guide and organize each department to compile and improve the performance appraisal form for each position 5 Responsible for formulating the company's performance appraisal scheme and relevant implementation procedures, organizing and assisting each department to implement performance appraisal regularly, organizing work plans, summary and work report meetings, and reviewing the performance appraisal results of each department 6 Responsible for promoting the development and improvement of performance appraisal system 7 Handle employee assessment appeals, conduct appeals investigation, and propose solutions 8 Responsible for setting up and keeping staff performance appraisal archives, sorting out appraisal documents and materials, maintaining performance appraisal, rewards and punishments, honors and other information in the system 9 Responsible for the daily management of employee rewards and punishments, and submit special project applications for reward payment and punishment deduction in the system 10 Assist all departments to evaluate, summarize, analyze and archive performance appraisal data for new employees and employees after position adjustment during probation 11 Organize the selecting of annual excellent employee excellent team and awarding of honorary title as well as other related work 12 Complete other temporary work or other tasks assigned by superiors
