Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for recruitment process including but not limited to website recruitment maintenance, interview arrangement, reference check, employment contract signing, renewing, and new employee onboard orientationm, covering blue collar and all white collar recruitment. 2. Full support to identify and systematically gather employees’ development need, implement annual development plan, develop, and execute talent development programs and/or procedures in response to business needs, well arrange the internal and external training and related employees’ development activities. 3. Managing training & development projects and validating the training process and effectiveness. 4. Creating assessment indices for external training vendors and vendor selection, Assist third party supplier management and regular payment arrangement together with internal and external audit follow up to ensure high quality delivery. 5. As a key Culture Driver, responsible for all matters related to Company Culture, include promotion, training, and related activity. 6. Support the design and delivery of employer branding activities. 7. Responsible for performance management process. 8. Work with Global team, responsible for Global HR Program landing in Zhuhai site, such as Global Employee Survey, Talent Management, Leadership Programs etc.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of HR working experience in manufacturing in MNC environment, a minimum of 3 years' recruiting experience is preferred. 2. Experience in performance executing talent management projects and global HR programs is preferred 3. Fluent in oral and written English. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and organization skills, attention to detail; Flexible communication style which enables good interaction with people at various levels. 5. Self-motivated and positive adaptable in a varying environment. 6. Ability to work in a multi-task and matrix organization environment. 7. Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements 8. Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude.
