Requirement:
- Fully qualified accountant/certified accountant with a bachelor degree or above, CICPA is a plus.
- Solid knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards, accounting principles and regulatory requirements in PRC.
- Knowledge of Chinese Tax and reporting regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years MNC working experience of which at least 5 years in managerial level.
- Finance leadership, well versed in manufacturing costing, excellent knowledge in SAP and Excel.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Passionate and with drive for improvement, Good people skill vertically and horizontally, mature and independent, analytical minded.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to President Asia and functionally to Director Controlling and Finance who is based in Germany.
- In charge of Finance Department, supervising a small team.
- Monthly accounts closing and other accounting matters.
- Monthly corporate reporting and all taxation issues.
- Annual audit and all government annual inspections/filings.
- Product costing and margin analysis.
- Annual planning and monthly forecast.
- Compliance of business code of conduct.
- Implement SAP controlling functions.
- Take leak to apply government subsidies/allowances.
- Domestic and international travel is required.
