To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Expert located in Zhuhai city Doumen district.

Reporting to the Quality Director, the Supplier Quality Expert’s role responsible for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.

What a typical day looks like:
61 Collects and understands external and internal customers’ expectations or feedback on supplier quality, and cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, innovation plans, and goals for supplier quality.
61 Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors related to suppliers and components such as new regulations, cost of quality, suppliers’ risks, supplier’s performance, and proposals to other members of management team.
61 Cooperate with material or purchasing team to establish the supplier quality requirements and agreements.
61 Evaluate, develop, and monitor suppliers and components to ensure they comply with Flex requirements and customer requirements on safety, quality, capability, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc.
61 Measure and track suppliers’ performance and to drive problem solving and continuous improvement.
61 Commit cross-functional support and form good relationships with internal and external customers in order to maintain a strong support system in the organization, to achieve customer satisfaction and to comply with regulatory requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 8 years and above engineering or quality experience in manufacturing industry
61 Strong technical background and specialize in below commodity: Motor, battery, battery cell, filter element, IC, resistance etc.
61 Familiar with ISO13485 or TS16949
61 Strong communication skill & presentation skill to directly interface foreign customer
61 Good oral and written English
61 Good Mandarin spoken
