Specific Responsibilities: ? Look for key AFM projects through visit regional end-users or designing institute deeply . ? Responsible for looking after a kind of customers to develop related business. Maintain and build good relationship with key power or metal & mine industry accounts in responsible territories. ? Develop new agents and manage their business targets efficiently ,make sure their achievement meet the objectives performance on monthly/quarterly/half-yearly basis. ? Weekly review with Aftermarket sales manager overall regional projects process and others action. ? Be accountable for regional spare parts, upgrades, and field service & repairs bookings to meet and beat QXF through various sales action. ? Cooperate with IS,AES and Field Service to follow inquiry,quotation,bidding,contract and so on. improve key project’s hit rate ,make sure important project to be won . ? Coordinate field service in responsible regions. ? Maintain and update SFDC system in good time.
Qualifications and Experience: ? Bachelor degree or higher majored in Engineering, the ‘Thermal Power of Electric Power Plant or metal & mine‘ is preferred. ? With More than 5 years AFM sales experience being industrial equipment vendor, the flow control equipments background in power or metal & mine industry is highly preferred. ? Understand the principle of power plant generating system and familiar with system configurations. ? Communication experience with China power plant and designing institute is preferred. ? Communication experience with China metal & mine and designing institute is necessarily. ? Good problem solving and analytical skills, able to work independently and resourceful. ? Able to bear high working pressure & travel & overtime
