Immigration Process Support · Initiate,change, and terminate cases in vendor portal as required– Manage case operations ensuring compliance with internal guidelines
· Manage and executeexpress mail services ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
· HR system data management, eg input, validation and audit to ensure accuracy and accessibility by following established KPI/OKR
· Prepare and submit documents, manage the documentation, ensure adherence to internal HR policies and local regulations.
· Manage group account settings and permissions - Ensure efficient communication and proper settings of group accounts and permissions.
Vendor Management
· Coordinate with external vendors - Oversee external vendor partnerships to maintain service quality and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
· Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders - Organize and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to align goals and ensure projects are completed on time.
Other Support · Manage government subsidy processes for medical insurance ensuring that all requirements are met for successful claims.
· Provide immigration related support for foreign nationals under special scenarios (eg. retirement, redundancy).
· Performad hoc duties as required to support onsite service operations.
Data Management Support
· Handle routine data transactions (employee lifecycle) and inquiries by referring to standard policies and procedures
· Other HR Services related tasks, projects if any
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in Immigration support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Proficient in CRM and data management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
