Responsibilities: ? Talent sourcing: Understand the business development and recruitment needs, direct sourcing from multiple channels, introduce the position to the candidate, select suitable talents and attract them to participate in the interview;. ? Interviewing:Provide candidates with a stable and efficient interview experience, including but not limited to coordinating the interview time, providing candidates with career advice, answering questions during the interview, and providing process optimization suggestions to KA; ? Market Observation: Under the guidance of sourcing lead, conduct Talent Mapping, recruitment data operation, and build excellent talent pool; ? Maintain and update recruitment channels ? Assist in recruitment project management Qualification: ? Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in recruiting through a broad range of sourcing channels, pharmaceutical headhunting background or RPO is preferred. ? Ability to source, map and communicate with talents in competitive and consulting organizations. ? Solid talent sourcing skills, familiar with common recruitment channels. ? Passion for recruiting and willing to build up in the recruiting field ? Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, HRIS applications etc. ? Self-driven, conscientious and patient; good learning ability, able to withstand high intensity work pressure ? Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification
