Your role and responsibilities Works with local division, local common operation function and global functions, to set coherent and aligned priorities and targets in terms of process(es) enhancement across the entire value chain, monitors progress and take acts in case of deviations from set targets. Promotes benchmarking and the sharing of best practices across all manufacturing, project business units and EMS to embed a culture of excellence in the entire Operations and value chain performance. Focuses on coordinating overall operation improvements for new product lines like Servo and PLC Focus on overall product and quality improvements by coordinating cross functions in the company Understands various strategies and provides input to global and local Operations units, promoting and supporting the local deployment of strategies to accelerate the rate of operational improvement and achieve cost savings, across the value chain. Oversees and harmonizes the business programs to support improvement. Executes the implementation of the transformation project, if required. Identity M&A opportunities for optimizing overall business value chain.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor or above, Engineering, Automation or Power electronics related majors. 10+ years of experience in SCM, quality control or Operation function. Understand direct and indirect material sourcing and procurement processes. Business driven, strong understanding on suppl bases of industrial marketing in China. Build unbeatable supply chain advantage, cost, quality and resilience. Tracked EMS with systematical approach. Independence working, initiative and organizational skills Willing to learn, good communication skills in English both written and spoken for managing International Projects Capability to look business with end-to-end perspectives for process optimizing
