KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- To manage China SQE teams both in Beijing and Shanghai cities 负责管理北京和上海的中国SQE团队。
- To follow up supplier NC with CAPA, A3 or 8D, coordinate issues solutions between supplier and sidel. 跟进供应商的NC（不合格项）并实施CAPA（纠正和预防措施）、A3报告或8D方法，协调供应商与部门之间的解决方案。
- To conduct and regular review supply qualification projects implement under his team.对自己团队实施的供应商资质项目进行定期审查。
- To involve and support supplier development activites which is leaded by SDE.参与并支持由供应商发展工程师（SDE）主导的供应商开发活动。
- To find suppliers'weakness and lead quality improvement for L1 suppliers 找出供应商的弱点并推动一级供应商的质量改进
- For fulfill quality requirement, to organize related training to suppliers if necessary为满足质量要求，必要时对供应商进行相关培训。
- To implement and perfect SQE's processes and procedures match with company requests.实施并完善SQE的流程和程序以符合公司的要求。
- To maintain localization project SQE folder on server and SAP在服务器和SAP上维护本地化项目SQE文件夹
- To collect risks of supply chain, feedback to related teams.收集供应链风险，并反馈给相关团队。
- To involve actions or review for ECO if need.如有必要，进行ECO行动或审查。
- To support global projects or orders at local suppliers支持全球项目或本地供应商的订单
- To finish other works assigned完成分配的其他工作


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE知识与经验
Education Qualifications教育资格
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent学士学位或同等学历
-Majored in mechanical design or manufacturing, engineering and so on主修机械设计或制造，工程等

Language Requirements语言要求
-English 英语
-Mandarin 中文

Professional Qualifications and Experience 专业资格和经验
-At least 5 years background at manufacturing and 3 years' experience at SQE area 至少5年制造业背景和3年左右SQE工作经验
-Strong management skill, at least 2 years experience of leading a team 至少有2年带领团队的经验
-Master quality management and related tools掌握质量管理及相关工具
-Well known on manufacturing, such as materials, machining, welding, surface treatment. 精通制造工艺，如材料、机械加工、焊接、表面处理。
-Good communication skill and have fundamental project management knowledge良好的沟通技巧并具备基本的项目管理知识
-Have systemic thinking and be well organized有系统思维并有条理
