List most complex or difficult parts of job first and indicate percentage of time required to perform each task. % OF TIME Administrative support to team in Medical Affairs TA. 61 To communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners. 61 To provide operational support to on projects and business activities, and company events or team buildings. 61 Work with team or other Medical Functions. Coordinated work with department level with cross team and cross functions. 61 Work with team to ensure team events implemented successfully. 61 Co-ordinate and organize logistics arrangements for internal/external meeting and conference, take and issue meeting minutes and manage follow up actions.
Medical Affairs TA Budget Management 61 Coordination and formulation of team activity budget tracking and plan, cooperate with BUF. 61 Accrual process management coordination. 61 Other ad hoc financial process management. Administrative support to TA Head/Line Manager. 61 Secretarial/Administrative Support: Provision of day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to line manager. 61 Coordinate diaries and calendar management. 61 Support business travel: Hotel and ticket booking, travel expense reimbursement. 61 Other support to line manager.
