Your role and responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software
applications with their team.
61 Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities by proactively
prospecting, networking.
61 Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates
the ability of ABB’s solutions to address those needs.
61 Coordinates the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the
value and benefits of ABB’s solutions.
61 Supports in preparing sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new
businesses.
61 Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify potential business opportunities.
61 Supports the Application Sales Manager in preparing accurate sales
forecasts, activity reports, and other sales-related information.
Qualifications for the role
61 Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and
acts accordingly.
61 Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and
local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
61 Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and
policies.
61 Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all
activities.
61 Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP
61 Collaborates with the Center of Excellence (CoE) of products.
61 Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and
stakeholders within the target segment.
61 Collaborates with the Application Engineers to stay updated on new
features, enhancements, and market trends.
61 Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and
successful implementation of solutions.
