Responsibilities: 职责: 1. Key interface with customer from the quality point 与客户的关键质量接口人 2. Join in quality issue communication with customers, listening to customer voice and increasing customer satisfaction. 参加客户质量问题的沟通,倾听客户的声音并提升客户满意度。 3. Strong and quick support customer service team to deal with customer quality issues. Provide professional 8D/ PDCA-FTA analysis reports to customers and convince customers. 有力支持客户服务团队处理客户质量问题。提供专业的8D/PDCA-FTA分析报告给客户并确保客户信心 4. Lead customer quality issue improvement inside factory, from design \supplier \ assembly and testing\ site assembly& commissioning,etc.. 领导客户质量问题在工厂内的持续改善,从设计、供应商、组装和测试以及现场安装和调试等等。 5. Regularly summarize and analyze customer complaints cases and take systematic actions to improve related procedures through working together with cross function team. 定期汇总和分析客户投诉,通过和横向团队紧密合作,采取系统性方案来改善相关流程。 6. Finish the other job assigned by quality manager 完成质量经理安排的其他任务。 Qualifications: 胜任条件: 1. Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility 优秀的自我驱动力和责任感。 2. Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Automation or related field. 获得机械/电气及相关领域的学士或者硕士学位。 3. Able to prioritize and multi-task. 能够通过合理安排优先级别同时进行多项任务。 4. >5 years design or quality engineering experiences in Electrical equipment R&D and manufacturing enterprises 电气设备研发制造类企业从事工程开发或质量工程师5年以上工作经验。 5. Prefer experience in Semi-Conductor equipment. 具有半导体设备的相关经验,优先考虑。 6. >3 years project leading experience, strong project management and driving teamwork skill,Strong product failure analysis capability 主导项目管理3年以上,具备优秀的项目管理能力和组织团队协作的技巧,具备较强的产品失效分析能力。 7. Language skills: Read and write clear and logical report in English is a MUST, Fluency in spoken English is a plus. 语言技能:具备英语读写能力,并可以使用英语撰写有逻辑性的报告;英语口语流畅者,优先考虑。 8. Be familiar with ISO9001 Quality management system, QC tools, lean Six sigma is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系,熟练使用质量控制工具;具备精益六西格玛的项目管理能力,优先考虑。
