The CMO BP ONC and Sr. PM, reports to the China CMO BP Business Operation Director, will be the strategic business partner (BP) to ONC LTs to drive strategic commercial & Marketing excellence as well as a key team player to support company-wide projects. The role is part of the CMO BP China team. CMO BP China is part of the Global Chief Marketing Office organization, aiming to drive business growth through mobilizing and implementing various CMO capabilities covering commercial operation and marketing enablement. Partners with ONC Leadership team and mobilize CMO resources to provide future-oriented solutions supporting business fundamentals to drive growth: * Deeply understand ONC business priorities from both strategic view and execution excellence * Effectively mobilize CFCD/SFE, Incentive, MCD(HCP engagement), Commercial Quality and Patient Solutions resources to fulfill day-to-day fundamental business needs, including but not limited to: * Anticipate business needs and highlight areas of potential opportunities that CMO BP could support. * Drive/coordinate/support customized business analysis in collaboration with MKT/Sales/BAI. * Support/validate business operation related topics during critical business reviews, BP/OP. * Work closely with ONC business/ function leaders to regularly review and identify the issues in terms of methodology, SOP, and system. Collaborate with cross functions locally/globally and work hand-in-hand with Marketing team to drive marketing model transformation for ONC: * Deeply understand brand strategy and CoLab (agency model) and Adobe (E2E content creation) capabilities, holding CoLab and Adobe success as ONC brand’s strategic partner * Effectively connect brand team with CoLab, activating and implementing CoLab and Adobe with strategic values and business impacts. * Drive efficient operation, proactively tracking progress, analyzing feedbacks, generating insights for future optimization. Coordinate Marketing excellence implementation for ONC by effectively leveraging CMO/local/external capabilities: * Deeply understand CMO capabilities framework/resources and support China ONC Marketing capabilities building by introducing and localizing global tools/ platforms/ materials. * Continued monitoring the feedback and generating insights for future optimization. As Sr. Project Manager, drive global/local strategic projects activation and implementation in China. * Deeply understand China business priorities and business environment * Coordinate global projects implementation across key knots in China, monitoring progress, analyzing feedback, generating insights for future optimization. * Support company-wide customized analysis if needed * Support leadership review if needed Qualifications: * BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education is a plus. * 7+ years in the commercial pharmaceutical business in China. * Strong pharma business acumen and track record of high performance; Oncology/ Marketing experience as a plus. * Excellent communication skills, proficient in presentation/PPT and analytical/Excel skills; Consulting experience as a plus. * Self-motivated, desire for proactive optimization/excellence and outstanding in making prioritization. * Proven experience of working with senior leaders. * Outstanding ability to drive collaboration and foster trusted and productive relationships. * Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences. * Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines. * Good knowledge of bio pharma sector trends, global healthcare dynamics and economics.
