岗位职责:
61 Lead testing team (Manual and Automation) and help interview candidate if needed
61 Responsible for project quality in ST/SIT/UAT phase
61 Accountable for all testing deliverables in ST/SIT/UAT phase, such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Environments, Test Reports, etc.
61 Coordinate between PM, Group EA, BA team, Development team, Testing team, local IT, Business Users and other stockholders to ensure all testing work are well processed
61 Manage and monitor all testing activities, escalate any issues/risks to Project Manager
61 Identify the testing requirements at initial phase of the project, and provide the estimation of testing efforts and budget
61 Draft the project Testing Strategy to identify testing scope, define testing approach, specify the testing timeline and deliverables, etc., present the test strategy to related stockholders and get it sign off
61 Conduct automation testing skills to automation testers
61 Present the automation testing solution to customers
61 Review all testing deliverables and get them sign off on schedule

Most challenging type of communication – To ensure the project delivery, the job holder needs to communicate with business owner to control the requirement changes, escalate the project risk and push to solve project issues.
