Job Responsibilities 工作职责: 1. Selling all Transfluid’s Products. 销售所有传斯罗伊产品; 2. Finding Agents/Distributors for all Transfluid’s products. 为传斯罗伊的所有产品寻找代理商或分销商; 3. After-sales service for the customers. 客户的售后服务; 4. Commissioning for special projects. 特殊项目的调试、运转; 5. Close cooperation with Service Department: it means any salesman must be the *** filer to any customer’s claim;in case of inability to solve the problem, claim will be passed to Service Department. 与公司服务部门密切合作: 任何销售人员应当首先解决客户的要求、索赔,在争议不能解决时再交由公司服务部门处理; 6. Be responsible for the signing of sales contracts in accordance with the company’s procedure and the relevant risk controlling. 按公司流程负责销售合同的签订以及相关风险控制; 7. The other selling task assigned by the GM or Sales Director. 总经理或销售总监安排的其他销售任务。
Job Qualification 任职要求: 1. 3 years of direct sales experience in equipment required, prefer having the experience in the field of transmission equipment. 3年以上设备销售经验,有传动设备领域销售经验优先; 2. Good English communication skills in both oral and written. 优秀的英文口语交流及书面表达能力; 3.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical & electrical prefer. 本科学历及相关专业, 机电工程相关专业优先; 4.Excellent team working skills and positive working attitude. 较强的团队合作能力及积极的工作态度; 5. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and resilience under pressure. 出色的沟通能力、商务谈判技巧及抗压能力; 6.Lives in Beijing prefer, willing to travel (domestic/international). 常住北京者优先,能适应出差(国内/国际)。
