Main Task & Job Responsibilities 主要任务和工作职责 1 Processing of purchase, demand and change requisitions for our serial and project business. 2 Responsibility for complex procurement projects and assigned suppliers. 3 Responsibility for tender, inquiry and offer management incl. BOM calculation. 4 RFI, RFQ, negotiation, bid comparison and supplier selection according to the global sourcing strategy, processes and project needs. 5 Contribution and reporting to the purchasing strategy and KPI07s (Cost, Delivery, Quality, Inventory) and work close with internal departments for cost optimization. 6 Conducting purchasing negotiations and managing material and capacity bottlenecks according to global customer demand fluctuation. 7 Understanding and preparation agreements and contracts in accordance with company and requestor requirements. 8 Observation market events and the supply chain (global and local) as well as carrying out regular market price analyses, checking bundling and localization options and ensuring our quality features 9 Maintaining and strengthening a good supplier relationship. Ability to improve and develop supplier performance. Attending supplier visits / audits. 10 Implementation of commodity strategies 11 Carrying out system and master data maintenance, orders, order confirmation and invoice checks.
Job Qualification 任职要求: 1 Technical or commercial graduate degree e.g. min bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and other related fields. 2 Minimum 8 years of (project-) purchasing, preferably automotive industry with own production lines. 3 Product and market knowledge of mechanical and electronic components, including assemblies, stamping and bending, plastic and die-casting tools, machines. 4 Experience with calculation models, strong negotiation skills and good knowledge of contracts 5 Bilingual in Chinese & English – German welcome 6 Experience in International Company 7 Microsoft Office + ERP Knowledge 8 Confident demeanor, high assertiveness and very good communication and teamwork skills 9 Responsiveness, Creative, flexibility, autonomy, teamwork and organizational priorities, stress resistance, trainer 10 Negotiation skills, strong problem shooting capability and be good at effective communication, logical
