Main objectives Provide the HR advice, consulting, analysis, proposal and solution to support business in Changshu plant on all related people topics to meet the requirement of human resource
Main responsibility 83 Overall HR business support to Changshu plant 83 Taking consulting, facilitating, and coaching role to support business managers in daily bases people related topics including compensation and benefit, hiring, new employee on-board, training and development, labor discipline and punishment, labor relationship and dispute handling 83 Responsible for compensation and benefit, payroll and attendance, labor cost, provide all related reports timely and accurately 83 Maintain all the related HR system as key user 83 Selecting suitable candidates through various channels together with hiring managers. 83 HR communication, organize the communication and trainings with the different levels to ensure the information sharing and skills improvement 83 Be responsible for employee engagement and satisfaction , DEI activities to enhance employee experience. 83 HR improvement activities through identify opportunities, offering solution proposal, implement, evaluation, etc.
Key requirements 83 5-7 years HR generalist experience/knowledge, cover multiple topics, such as compensation/benefit, recruiting, performance management, workforce planning 83 Experience in operation/manufacturing environment 83 Excellence in data analysis and reporting. 83 Strong communication skills, both presenting, influencing and listening, 83 Good Microsoft office tools skills (excel, PPT, Word) 83 Business/analytical, solution and result oriented mind set 83 Strong drive to excellence, multiple improvement will be plus 83 Good English skills, both in written and oral 83 Bachelor degree or above
