Responsibilities: - Manage attendance in Dingding system, including shift scheduling and abnormal data processing. - Complete monthly attendance records and maintain compensation data. - Manage employee profile’s files. - Handle outsourcing vendor management - Support on recruitment activities, such as candidate phone interviews, arrange face-to-face interviews, and keep records. - Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reminders, labor contract renewals, job changes, and exit procedures. - Coordinate training activities. - Organize employee activities, such as birthday parties and Women's Day activities. - Support global and local HR projects - Other tasks by the superior
